The cam core moves away from the seat before rotation starts — no scraping during stroke, dramatically lower seat wear in abrasive and coking media.
Full-bore-like flow path delivers high Kv per size, often allowing one size down versus single-seated globe valves.
Eccentric cam action presses the plug onto the seat at the end of travel, achieving tight shutoff with low actuator demand.
Conventional camflex-type series typically jump straight from DN25 to DN40 and skip intermediate bores. Dacheng manufactures DN32, DN65 and DN125 as standard, so your sizing lands exactly where the process needs it — no compromised oversizing.
